Consultation on the draft Open Call document for new venture capital instrument Development Funds III
UAB “Investicijų ir verslo garantijos” (INVEGA) invites interested parties to submit comments on the draft Call for Expression of Interest and Terms and Conditions for new venture capital instrument Development Funds III planned by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation.
Please submit your comments no later than 20 December 2022 by email equity@invega.lt.
The final Call for Expression of Interest is intended to be published in I Q 2023. The final Call for Expression of Interest may differ in part to this draft version published for comment.
This new venture capital instrument is aimed at promoting equity and quasi-equity investments in SMEs and Small Mid-Caps in Lithuania, filling funding gap and fluctuations in funding supply and further develop a sound market- based risk financing infrastructure in Lithuania.
This financial instrument will be financed by the INVEGA Fund.
INVEGA Fund was established on 7th April 2009 by the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance and INVEGA.
